What we collect and why

Contact details, account credentials (passwords are stored as hashes), profile and age-verification details, delivery address, orders, payment status, support communications and security logs may be processed to register your account, deliver orders, manage returns, protect accounts, resolve complaints and meet legal obligations. Payment card credentials are handled by payment processors, not shared with dropshipping suppliers.

Sharing and fulfillment

For order delivery, the minimum necessary name, delivery address, contact number and item/order instructions may be disclosed to the supplier fulfilling your order and the courier. Payment service providers, email delivery services and infrastructure providers also process data for their stated services. Suppliers may change between orders; we do not sell account passwords or disclose full payment credentials to suppliers.

Children’s privacy

Customers under 18 require guardian email confirmation and separate verification of parental identity, adulthood and relationship before account activation. Children’s behavioural tracking and targeted advertising are disabled under the current site policy.

Cookies and optional tracking

Essential account/session, checkout, security and theme cookies support normal website operation. Optional Google Analytics and Tag Manager injection is disabled in this release. If optional tracking is introduced later, it requires separate consent controls before enablement. Third-party payment or login providers may set their own functional cookies when used.

Retention, withdrawal and rights

Records are held for fulfillment, customer support, fraud/security prevention and applicable legal/accounting requirements. Retention periods and backup deletion are subject to the policies and legal-hold reviews in the Admin Privacy Center; we do not promise immediate deletion of all historical records. To access, correct or request erasure of information, withdraw optional promotional consent, or complain, use Privacy & My Data or email noreply@zolorio.com. Newsletter subscription requires confirmation, and unsubscribe is available via the personalized email link.
